Terms & Conditions

• Bookings made through the system require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellation of any bookings before the date will result in loss of deposit or loss of booking (Exemptions applied).

• If you reschedule, the deposit will be used for the next appointment.

• Changes to the booking need to be at least a 24 hr notice which can be made via the system.

• Please notify us as soon as possible (preferably a phone call) if you are running late as it may result in loss of booking.

• All cosmetic injectable treatments require an initial fee of $30 to be scripted by our Dr once only - Script lasting for 12 months.
